Milivo provides AI-powered voice receptionist and voice assistant services designed for businesses, including but not limited to:
Inbound call handling
AI-generated voice responses
Call routing and scheduling
Call recording and transcription
CRM and calendar integrations
Services are provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.
3. Eligibility
To use the services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be acting on behalf of a business entity
Have the authority to bind that business to these Terms
Our services are not intended for personal or consumer use.
4. Account Registration
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Milivo is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
5. Payments & Billing
Services may be offered via subscriptions and/or one-time fees
Billing occurs on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed
No refunds are provided, except where required by law
A free trial may be offered at Milivo’s discretion
Failure to pay may result in suspension after notice
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Engage in fraud, abuse, or deceptive practices
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the AI systems
Interfere with or disrupt service integrity
Use the service for emergency purposes
Emergency Restriction
Milivo’s services must not be used for emergency, medical, legal, or life-critical situations, including 911, 112, or equivalent emergency services.
7. AI Services & Responsibility
AI responses are automated and may contain errors or inaccuracies
Milivo provides no guarantee of accuracy, outcomes, revenue, or results
You are solely responsible for how AI outputs are used
AI outputs are provided “as is” and should not replace human judgment
8. Fair Usage
Milivo applies fair usage limits to ensure system stability and service quality. Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or required plan upgrades.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the platform, software, AI systems, branding, and services are owned exclusively by Milivo.
Clients retain ownership of their business data but grant Milivo a limited license to process such data solely for providing and improving the services.
All AI outputs are delivered for client use; however, Milivo retains ownership of underlying models and systems.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Use of the services is subject to Milivo’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, processed, and protected.
11. Service Availability
Milivo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
12. Suspension & Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
By Milivo
Milivo may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, or non-payment.
Except in severe cases, one warning will be provided before termination.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milivo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Milivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Milivo is not liable for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milivo from any claims arising from:
Your use of the services
Your data or content
Violations of these Terms or applicable laws
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malta.
17. Changes to These Terms
Milivo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
